Refund Policy

SomaPhil LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid SomaPhil subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Contact us at support@somaphil.com and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain Pro access until then. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period; for a refund within the 30-day window, follow the steps above.
